Processing Time

  • The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-3 business days. For details, see the processing time displayed at checkout, or on your order confirmation email.

Estimated Shipping Time

  • All shipping is sent through the USPS and UPS.
  • North America: estimated 3-10 days
  • Items marked “delivered” by the USPS and UPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. 

Shipping FAQ

  • Yes, we ship worldwide!
  • Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
  • If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed. Please contact USPS with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.
  • If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at support@seethewayisee.com, and we can begin the process of reshipment. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Customs and Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return Policy

At SSOONK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping

  • Please contact SSOONK for a return shipping label.
  • Free return shipping for damaged or defective items.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or arrange for a replacement.
